 Networking can be tricky when attendees are trying to hold a plate and drink and introduce themselves properly at the same time. Avoid the plate-and-handshake dance by providing healthy options that are easy for attendees to handle as they walk around the room.

Snacks on a stick. Skewered foodstuffs allow attendees to manage one-handed eating. Bite-sized cheese and fruit easily slide onto sticks for nibbling. Or change things up with a caprese salad, complete with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and spinach leaves, for an equally healthful and filling option.

Smoothie Shots. Smoothie drinks, such as Naked, pack a substantial nutritional punch to keep attendees going throughout the day. Make smoothies even easier to consume on the go by presenting them in shot-sized glasses.

Creative glassware. Get rid of pesky plates in favor of glassware that’s conducive to networking. Colorful fruit looks fantastic whenserved in martini glasses. Or pack dips, such as Sabra hummus, and veggies into one portable container for easy dipping and snacking.
